He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Herman and Mary Nell Kinser (Cannon); his wife Carolyn Kinser of Campbellsville, Three; his children, Tammy Stamp (Gerald) of Campbellsville, One, Amy Parker (Kent) of Campbellsville, One and Walter Christopher Kinser (Melissa) of Campbellsville, One; his sister Phyllis Richardson (Charles) of Campbellsville, Nine; his grandchildren, Neil Bright, Taylor Seibech (Steven), Preston Stamp, Nicole Stamp, Alex Parker, Lydia Parker, Wes Parker, Grant Kinser and Madison Kinser; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Seibech, Braelyn Taylor, Aliyah Litsey and Adelyn Litsey.
