She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert England and Elizabeth Crawley England; her son Benjamin Sapp; her father-in-law Douglas Sapp; and her brother-in-law Chris Pierce.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Sapp of Campbellsville; her sons, Josh Sapp (Tasha) of Indianapolis and Shane Sapp of Russellville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kyler Sapp, Bailey Sapp and Hank Sapp; her brothers, Dr. Ray England (Leslie) of Evansville and Larry England (Betty Sue) of Campbellsville; her mother-in-law Martha Sapp Kessinger; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Sapp of Campbellsville and Kathy Pierce of Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
