He is survived by: his wife Wanda Perkins of Campbellsville; his daughter Tanya Perkins of Campbellsville; and his sisters, Betty Wohner (Joe) of Springfield and Debbie Boblett of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
