He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swafford and Dollie Swafford (Kearney); his wife Frances Swafford (Bault); his son-in-law David Cable; and his siblings, Donald Ray Swafford, Wanda Shepherd and Clyde Swafford.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Swafford-Cable of Campbellsville, Eddie Swafford (Becky Cecil) of Lebanon and Kristie Campbell (Rex) of Campbellsville; his brothers, Albert Swafford (Shelby) of Tennessee and Jimmy Swafford of Winchester; his grandchildren, Jason Cable (Cindy), Skyler Swafford, Emily Swafford, Ryan Swafford, Elizabeth Swafford and Dustin Campbell; his great grandchildren, Mariah, Syd and Megan; his great great grandchildren, KeKe, Abell and Shively; and his sister-in-law Norma Jean Swafford of Campbellsville.
