He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen Phillips, II and Patricia Ann King Phillips; and his siblings, Walter Phillips and Betty Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fraley Phillips of Campton, Kentucky; his son Malachi Means (Phillips); and his siblings, Robert Allen Phillips, Don Phillips, Tara Phillips and Viree Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Porter and Son Funeral Directors (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Porter and Son Funeral Director's Chapel (769 Main St, Campton, KY 41301).
