She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Strasburger and Leland Strasburger; her husband Ralph Roger Boone, Sr.; her son Roy Daniel Boone; and her siblings, Jacob Strasburger and Lucy Lapham.

She is survived by: her sons, Ralph "Rusty" Boone, Jr. (Barbara) and Mike Boone (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Melissa Fenwick, Clay Boone, David McCash (Robin) and Bryan Henderson (Agina). She is also survived by four great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the McCanless Cemetery Fund c/o Jim Purcell 1134 Sinks Rd. Caneyville, KY 42721.
