With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Frank of Caneyville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Sarver and Mary Jo Quiggins Sarver; and her son Thomas "Turtle" Clemons. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Frank; her children, William Clemons (Kathy), Timothy Clemons (Shannon), Chad Clemons (Shellie), Michelle Frank, Julie Hazelwood (Cliff), Shannon Frank (Katrina) and Pamela House (Dennis); and her sisters, Rosemary Fentress (Melvin) and Betty Clemons. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Caneyville Funeral Home (201 E Maple St, Caneyville, KY 42721). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
