He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Decker and Emma Lou Decker. He is survived by: his son Dennis Bowen; his wife Linda M. Hedrick Decker; his son Wayne; his sister Frieda Bonomini; his sibling's children, Jolene Newman, Kristen Steiner and Donald Robert Wesley Bonomini; and his great-nephews, Blake and Brian Newman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Caneyville Funeral Home (201 E Maple St, Caneyville, KY 42721). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
