She is survived by: her husband Lynn Phipps; her children, Savannah (Andy Plank), Samantha Kidd, Kayla Phipps, Terry Robbins and David; her grandchildren, Gracie, Jase Phipps, Madilynn, Jacob Plank and Watson Kidd; and her siblings, Janice, Ricky Whitt, Richard (Lisa Whitt), Joe, Everett, Jimmy, Billy Ray, Cortis, Millard and Frankie Whitt.
