She is survived by : her children, Danyale Victoria Ray Durham (Matthew) of Carlisle, Peggy Marie Hatfield (Derick) of Carlisle, Opel Jeannette Mansfield (David) of Muses Mill, Kentucky, Wayne Richard Jolly Jr. of Cowan and Andy Bernnette Jolly of Ewing; her siblings, Jay Mitchell (Sylvia) of Carlisle and Nellie Ellison (Norman) of Ewing, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Stacy Kuisel, Joshua Hatfield, Justina Burton, Michaela Hatfield, Rebecca Hatfield, Jason McCord, Sarah Mansfield, Andy Jolly II, Devin Jolly, Bo Durham, Dylon Jolly and Juni Durham; her great grandchildren, Terry Kuisel, Ciera Kuisel, Aletta Royse, Felicity Pollitt, Faith McCord, Presley McCord, Dezerea Stacy, Jessie Stacy, Isabella Stacy, Ben Mansfield and Annabella Mansfield; and her friend Della James. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
