Myrtle D. (Livingood) Howard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2021, at the age of 98, Myrtle D. (Livingood) Howard (Carlisle, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Howard; her parents, Henry Livingood and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Ritchie Livingood; and her siblings, Lovell "Bob", Irvin, Grover of Garlet, J. C., Walter Livingood, Lula Getz, Virginia Waugh and Flossie Livingood.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil Franklin Howard (Peggy), Ronald C. Howard, James Henry Howard and Betty Lou Gillispie. She is also survived by several grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
