He is survived by: his sons, Michael Howard of Mt. Sterling and Jeffery Howard of Carlisle; his siblings, Dennis Howard (Joyce) of Millersburg, Leonard F. Howard, Jr. (Kathy) of Carlisle and Mary Frances Link (Gary) of Carlisle; his close friend Kathy Hilander of Carlisle; and his pets, Kourtney and Koko. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
