She is survived by : her mother Fannie Mae Clem Lutes; her children, Levi Burke Jolly (Andrea), Hiland Gene Jolly (Mary) and Jeffery Scott Jolly (Sherry); her siblings, Darlene Campbell and Joe Lindsey Banks; and her stepsister Terry Lynn Chain (David). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
