It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Rhena Isaac of Carrie, Kentucky, born in Hindman, Kentucky, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivon Seals and Ada Belle McIntosh Seals. She is survived by : her husband Byron Isaac; her sons, Jacob Bingham (Chelsey) and Cody Isaac; her siblings, Jimmy Seals (Terrena) and Reva Taylor (Wayne); and her close friend Falicia Isaac A Host of Family.
