He is survived by : his wife Carrie Belle Linville Powell; his sons, Jimmy Powell, Jr. (Of Maysville), Adam Keith Powell of Orangeburg, Thomas Eugene Powell (Christie) of Maysville and Phillip Virgil Powell (Kelly) of Georgetown, Ohio; his siblings, Janie Mae Wiseman (Donnie) of Maysville, Freeda Imogene Hayslip (Jimmy) of Maysville, Verdena Moran (Eddie) of Tollesboro, Carolyn Ann Hord (Rusty) of Tollesboro, Joseph Powell (Donna) of Maysville, Paul Powell (Sheila) of Maysville, Rodney Powell (Tina) of Flemingsburg, David Powell (Karen) of Tollesboro and Roy Powell of Maysville; his grandchildren, Krissa Powell Gingerich (Sammy) of Colorado, Adam Keith Powell (Nikki) of Orangeburg, Thomas Powell, Jr. (Of Maysville), Dezeray Nicole Powell of Maysville, Skye Alexandria Miller-McClenny of Florida, Riley Logan Powell of Georgetown, Jennifer Lynn Powell of Georgetown and Kaydee Belle Powell of Georgetown, Ohio; and his great grandchildren, Emily Faith Gingerich, Killian Keith Powell, Maddison Nicole Gingerich, Colton James Gingerich and Addison Nicole Powell. He is also survived by 44 nieces and nephews, 88 great-nieces and great-nephews.
