She is survived by : her daughter Eva Lou Osborne of Madison, IN; her stepdaughters, Chandra Osborne of Carrollton, KY, Virginia Osborne Wilson (Danny) of New Liberty, KY and Connie Osborne of Frankfort, KY; her sons, Joe Ratliff of Warsaw, KY, James Ratliff of Warsaw, KY and John C. Osborne of Turners Station, KY; her stepsons, Donald Osborne of New Liberty, KY and Stewart Osborne of New Liberty, KY; and her brothers, Wilbur Cozine of Warsaw, KY and Randy Cozine of Warsaw, KY. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
