He is survived by : his children, Donna Tipton (Robbie) of Pleasureville, Anna Carey (Robin Williamson) of Turners Station, Jean Parsons (Raymond) of Bagdad, Julie Wilson (Don) of Bedford and Billy Parks of Smithfield; and his siblings, Sue Keifer of Louisville, Helen Parks of Louisville and Tom Parks (Polly) of Campbellsburg.
