She was predeceased by : her parents, William Welsh and Emma Tharp Welsh; her adoptive father Jim Lee; her husband William Earl Pate; and her son Tony L. Pate.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas Pate (Terry) of Turners Station, KY, Johnny Pate (Shawna) of Carrollton, KY, Billy Pate (Karen) of Carrollton, KY and Rebecca Pate Davis of Carrollton, KY. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
