She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Anthony and Mary Anna Berling Wittkamp; her husband H. W. "Jack" Perkins; and her daughter Gloria Ann Lindsay. She is survived by: her son-in-law Robert Lindsay of Carrollton. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
