It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Proctor (Carrollton, Kentucky), who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Hayes Proctor and Essie Sarah Belle Marie; his son Jefferey Scott Proctor; his brothers, Richard Lee and Robert "Bobby" Proctor; and his grandson Eric Proctor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Ruth Stangle Proctor of Carrollton, KY; his children, Nancy Ellen Foster (James) of Carrollton, KY, Kimberly Moore of Worthville, KY, Karen Evans (Martin) of Carrollton, KY, Leigh Ann Prather (Charles) of Monte Eagle, TN, James Edward "Eddie" Proctor of Carrollton, KY and Jason Matthew Proctor of Glencoe, KY; and his siblings, Brenda Susan Dodson of Carrollton, KY, Leslie Earle "L. E." Proctor (Karen) of Batavia, OH, Victor Hayes Proctor, Jr. of Vevay, IN, Vernon Proctor (Alma) of Warsaw, KY, Lewis Hayes Proctor (Mae Delle) of Carrolton, KY and Ronald Proctor (Connie) of Vevay, IN. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and twenty eight great grandchildren.
