He is survived by : his wife Donna Jean Gray Johnson of Carrollton, KY; his children, Jerry Lee Johnson of Carrollton, KY and Brenda Johnson of Owenton, KY; his stepdaughters, Tonya Edwards of Carrollton, KY, Pamela Tattman (Jerry) of Kent, IN and Cathy Walton (Joe) of Florence, IN; his sisters, Jewell Wolfe of Carrollton, KY and Barbara Burkhardt (Larry) of Milton, KY; and his grandchildren, Josh, Leigh, Matt, Meagan and Lindsey.
