It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lloyd (Carrollton, Kentucky), born in Ghent, Kentucky, who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ruben Owen and Aggie Mae Beard Owen; her siblings, Jessie Lee Sieler, Virginia Bradley, Leta Mae Perkins, Frank Owen, William Owen, Bernard Owen and Adrian Owen; her granddaughter Cynthia Ray; and her great grandchildren, Seth E. Mershall and Danielle D. Russell.
She is survived by: her daughter Norma Dutcher (Larry) of Logansport, IN; her grandchildren, Kimla Russell, Angela Dalton, Dereck Mershall and Tyler Dutcher; her great grandchildren, Tanner Kidwell (Erica), Davee Marksberry (Eddie), Caleb Mershall and Dilyn Dutcher; and her great great grandchildren, Bryston Marksberry and Eli Mershall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
