Brightwell of Clarksville, TN, Timothy Earl "Tim" Brightwell of Carrollton, KY, Vivian Lee Brightwell of Carrollton, KY, Doris J. Ritchie of Carrollton, KY and Juanita Marie Brightwell of Carrollton, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
