She is survived by: her daughters, Merry Harmon of Carrollton, Breanna Harmon of Carrollton and Ashely Ritch (Bill) of Carrollton, Kentucky; her close friend Jay Harmon of Carrollton, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Justin, Emily and Abel; her siblings, Cindy Proctor of Worthville, Kentucky, Wayne Hornback of Carrollton and Danny Hornback of Worthville, Kentucky; and her stepfather Daniel Hawkins of Worthville, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
