She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Muriel Herald and Bonnie Lee Moscoe Herald. She is survived by: her sons, David Burt of Simpsonville, KY and Joseph Burt of Bowling Green, KY; and her siblings, Dale Eaves of Worthville, KY, Sheilah Norton of Danville, KY, Dennis Herald of Leesburg, FL, Ricky Herald of Worthville, KY and Barry Herald of Worthville, KY. She is also survived by two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations may be made to the Dean Memorial United Methodist Church.
