She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Ava Noelle Grace Flores of Carrollton, Kentucky; her mother Penny Marie Wood Hernandez of Carrollton, Kentucky; her sisters, Crystal Martinez (Luciano Martinez-Reyes) of Madison and Marissa Shook (Robert Reyna) of Ghent, Kentucky; her significant other Jonathan Herrera-Alvarez; her half-brothers, Colt Hanaway of Florence and Jedidiah Hanaway of California; her stepsisters, Amanda Shook of Jeffersonville, Elizabeth Shook of Corydon and Stephanie Shook of Corydon, Indiana; her uncle Anthony Wood (Linda) of Manville, Indiana; her aunts, Julie Futrell of Louisiana, Connie Jean Barker (Scott) of Three Rivers and Alma Hanaway (Jim) of North Vernon, Indiana; her nieces and nephews, Adriano Martinez, Bradley Martinez, Lylia Martinez, Esmeralda Hernandez, Kimberlee Reyna, Ximena Reyna, Kiera Reyna and Emily Reyna; and her grandparents, Phyllis Jean McAdams Miller and Howard Miller. She was also cherished by numerous cousins and other relatives.
