She was predeceased by : her mother Bertha Marie Tipton Kiser. She is survived by : her father Ottis Kiser of Carter City; her husband Donald Parker of Carter City; and her children, Donald Lee Parker (Bobbie Ann Litteral) of Carter City and Lorinda Lynette Parker of Carter City.
