She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Utley and Bertha Everman Utley; her husband Mike Harley Smith; her son Jeremy Matthew Smith; and her siblings, Karen Ratliff, Larry Utley, Gene Utley and Don Utley.
She is survived by : her children, Kristy Brock (Stephen), Jason Smith, Jerra Smith, Whitley Bowling, Brooklyn Smith, Madyson Smith, Carley Smith, Jaci Smith and Braylon Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two granddaughters.
