With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Crystal Dawn Osburn of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on December 30, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father William L. Fannin. She is survived by : her husband Brady Osburn; her children, Misti Dawn Stevens (Eric) of Lake City, GA and Jamie Green of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Marcquis, Danielle, Gary and Stacey; and her siblings, Sheila Bush (Rick) of Catlettsburg, KY and David Fannin. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
