It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kylie Grace Crooks of Catlettsburg, Kentucky, born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Linda Savage and Carl Crooks; and her aunts, Lisa Savage Burlew and Laura Crooks.

She is survived by: her parents, Steve Crooks and Teresa Crooks; her sister Bri Zimmerman (Derek); her nephew Eli Zimmerman; and her grandmother Helen Crooks.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that contributions be made in Kylie's name to the Wildwood Church of God Children's Ministry, where she truly loved to serve.
