She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Marcum Sr. and Nancy "Janie" Merritt Marcum; and her siblings, Andy Marcum Jr., Sidney Gordon Marcum, Doris Holley and Debra Marcum.

She is survived by: her husband Andrew Kirk of Catlettsburg; her children, Mark Andrew Kirk (Chris) of Ashland and Anita Justice (Tony) of Catlettsburg; her siblings, Danny Marcum (Brenda) of Glenpool, OK, Carol Ward (Russ) of Winston-Salem, NC, Patty Mooney of Weston, OK, Brenda Cooper of Tulsa, OK and Sue Clemons of Glenpool, OK.; her grandchildren, Jake Griffith (Stephenie), Anthony Justice (Jennifer) and Amanda Collins (Bret); and her great grandchildren, Natalie Griffith, Blake Griffith, Cooper Justice, Ivy Justice and Madelyn Collins. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - Central Ave Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
