She is survived by: her husband Douglas Green; and her sisters, Elizabeth Conley of Salyersville, KY, Audrey Cooper of Salyersville, KY, Marie Fannin of Catlettsburg, KY, Pat Patrick (Roy) of Catlettsburg, KY and Sue Walthall of Ashland, KY.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
