She is survived by: her significant other Roger Fryer; her daughters, Rachel Shelton (David) of Catlettsburg, KY, Mary Ann Smith (Doug) of Catlettsburg, KY, Ruth Ann Rice (Robert) of Georgetown, KY and Sarah Beth Scott of Catlettsburg, KY; and her sister Kathy Vanhoose of Columbus, OH.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
