She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd Ross and Mamie Mae Tucker Ross; and her sisters, Betty Withrow and Evelyn Waller. She is survived by : her husband Glen Justice; her grandchildren, Brittany, Patrick, Breanna and Taylor; and her brother Don Ross.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
