She was predeceased by : her parents, James Gilbert Sturgeon and Annie Mae Sturgeon (Taylor); her husband Rev. Ewell Cooper; her stepson Charles Cooper; and her siblings, Howard, Lester, James Rollo Sturgeon and Flora Wells.
She is survived by : her daughter Sharon Williams (Lennis) of Glasgow; her stepson Jewell Cooper (Brenda) of Cave City; her daughter-in-law Connie Cooper of Cave City; and her grandson Nick Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
