He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Winchester and Ines "Love" Winchester; his girlfriend Debbie Poynter; his son Christopher Paul Winchester; and his siblings, David Winchester, Mikel Winchester, Jessie Winchester, Bennie Winchester, Junior Winchester, Minnie Sue Smith, Helen Estes, Nina "Sissy" Vibbert and Wanda Cross.

He is survived by : his children, Lonnie Wayne Winchester (Judy), George Walter Estes, Tabatha Vincent (Clevie), Kim Cross (Kelvin), Crystal Lyne (Boyd) and Anna Poynter (Johnny); and his siblings, Leymon Winchester (Bobbie), Ricky Winchester (Donna), Danny Winchester (Kathy), William Winchester, Stoney Winchester, Lonus Winchester (Donna), Donna Winchester and Ann Trejo. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
