He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Francis Coomer Watkins; his stepfather Bill Watkins; his father Frank Finn; and his sisters, Carolyn Martin and Judy Fancher.
He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Humphrey, Donna Harper and Connie Hughs (Raymond); and his children, Stevie Finn, Anthony "Bud" Finn, Michael Finn, Timothy Finn, Jeremy Finn and Cody Finn. He is also survived by several grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Winn Funeral Home (210 Maple Ave, Horse Cave, KY 42749). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery.
