He is survived by : his wife Shirley McCubbins Waters of Cecilia; his children, Roger Waters (Cathy) of Elizabethtown, Jonathan Wayne Waters (Tonya) of Cecilia, Donna Highbaugh (Steve) of Bonnieville, Sue Elliott (Jesse) of Elizabethtown, Debbie Freeman (Steve) of Louisville and Nancy Wilmoth of Cecilia; and his pet Buttons.
