He is survived by : his wife Sondra Noe of Cecilia; his children, Jason Noe (Stephanie) of Hobart, IN and Jennifer Noe of Cecilia; his stepdaughter Shannon Matthews (Doug) of Lake Jericho, KY; his brothers, Bret Noe (Kitten) of Harned, KY and Daniel Noe of Cecilia; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Tavon, Piper, Tristan, Aiden, Veyda and Mathias. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews.
