He was predeceased by : his parents, Dewey Highbaugh and Alice Highbaugh (Meredith); and his siblings, Maynard Highbaugh, Dempsey Highbaugh, Walter Highbaugh and Ailene Highbaugh.
He is survived by : his spouse Virginia Highbaugh of Cecilia; his sons, Bobby Highbaugh of Cecilia and Steve Highbaugh (Michelle) of Cecilia; his siblings, Tooter Highbaugh (Carolyn) of Rineyville, James Highbaugh of Radcliff and Carolyn Harper of Rineyville; his grandchildren, Brittney Cripps (Cody), Bryce Highbaugh and Tyler Highbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Rollie Cripps.
