She is survived by: her husband Chad Klusek; her parents, Frank Miller and Wendy Miller; her children, Alex Klusek and Annika Klusek; and her sisters, Allison Lee (Gurney), Jill Brewer (Kevin) and Laura Jump (Steven).
Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Mrs. Carrie Klusek to the Lexington Humane Society.
