She was predeceased by: her father David Mullins. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Jean Johnson Mullins; her daughter Savannah Collett (Stryker) of Chavies, KY; her sister Kim Bowen (Mark) of Lebanon, KY; her nephew Levi Bowen; and her granddaughters, Rosalynn, Melody and Willow.
In lieu of flowers family request donations to be made towards the funeral expenses.
