He is survived by: his wife Stella Miller Hamblin; his children, Lori Hicks (Alex), Stephen Smith (Gayana) of Lexington, KY and Brian Hamblin (Samantha) of Georgetown, KY; his stepdaughter Tracy Contreras of Hazard, KY; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Phillip and Kennedy.
