He is survived by : his wife Rhonda White Mullins; his sons, Carlos Mullins (Tracey) of Hazard, KY and Jason Mullins of Barwick, KY; his siblings, Freddy Wayne Mullins (Geraldine) of River Caney, KY and Wilma Jean Mullins of Chavies, KY; his grandchildren, Carlena, Savanna, Chase, Lexie, Morgan and Jake; and his great grandchildren, Tyson, Brody, Sophia, Carlee, Sawyer, Mila, Paislee, Kason and Everlee.
