He is survived by: his wife Juanita Salyers; his children, Angie Cornett (Darrell) of Christopher, KY and Jonathan Salyers of Hazard, KY; his sister Louise Salyers of Hazard, KY; his siblings-in-law, Taylor Gwin Jr. and Sharon Salyers; and his grandchildren, Lillian Cornett, Brayden Cornett, Brennan Barker and Brantley Barker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
