She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Goodwin and Violet Tipton Goodwin; her husband Billy Puckett; her grandson Stephen Puckett; and her siblings, Frank Goodwin, Robert Goodwin and Nellie Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, James Wallace Puckett, Paul Lee Puckett (Sugar), Cynthia Lynn Puckett, Greta Denise McKinney (Johnny) and Thelma Jean Lewis (Glendale); her siblings, Allie Frances Goodwin, Bessie Tipton, Norma Conner, Bill Goodwin and Roger Goodwin; her grandchildren, Bobby Puckett, Constance Puckett, Tyler Anderson, Landan McKinney, Sophie McKinney, Lauren McKinney, Hayley Conner (Anthony Bond), Nicholas Lewis and Kenny Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Moore, Peyton Randall, Austin Puckett and Kaleb Puckett.
