It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda K. Waide of Clay, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frances Knight and Kate Knight; her husband Denver L. Waide Jr.; her children, Dennis Waide and Nancy Waide; and her grandchildren, Shane Williams (Melissa), Jeremy Williams (Emily), Christine Fain (Keith), Lisa Warner, Kristy Bess (Jimmy) and Dustin Waide. She was also cherished by 11 great grandchildren.
