He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bob Railey and Barbara Railey; his wife Becky; his daughter Roxy Railey of Clay, KY.; and his siblings, Clara Papineau (Craig) of Providence, KY., Susan Mayes (Gary) of Poseyville, IN, Beverly Henson (Tim) of Mt. Vernon, IN., Billy Goodman (Bruce Goodman) and Many. He was also cherished by Many Nieces and Nephews.
