He is survived by : his children, Erica Faye Simpson of Evansville and Gus Virgil Simpson (RuthAnn) of Sebree; his sister Eva Kristina Hopper of Providence; his grandchildren, Killian Bentley, Diamond Bentley, Zaine Bailey and Kattie Simpson; his great grandchild Tobias Bentley; and also Jean Simpson.
