He is survived by: his children, Appette Reed of Clayhole, KY, App James Miller (Janet) of Salyersville, KY and Donald Miller (Ann) of Wick, KY; and his siblings, Linda Miller, Martha Miller, Noah Miller, Charlie Miller, Donnie Miller, Raymond Miller and Michael Miller. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
